Juli Lemire founded Temporary Wall Systems in 2017. Her goal was to help businesses overcome one of the primary challenges that arises from renovations in active areas… the containment of dust and debris. And one night while brainstorming with her husband Ryan, the two created an amazing opportunity.
Ryan had been a Union Carpenter in Boston for over 20 years and was very familiar with the many frustrations that come out of an active construction site. In particular, he had seen thousands of square feet of traditional stud and drywall used for containment, only to be discarded after project completion. Then one day Ryan noticed a STARC Systems modular wall containment in use at his job site. Ryan had discovered an environmentally responsible containment alternative that would also withstand the rigors of an active construction environment.
It was soon after that Juli and Ryan had realized they could satisfy the industry need for a superior containment solution and marry it with a full-service rental solution, which they would offer to general contractors and businesses within the New England area.
Juli and Ryan outlined a service-oriented business model, developed a strategy for creating vendor partnerships, and implemented the tried-and-true philosophy of “Going the Extra Mile” for their clients… because “Success is all about the service”.
Like many other companies in the rental equipment industry, Temporary Walls System is also a family-business. They currently employ several family members who hold varying positions from Installation Technicians to Executives. Temporary Wall Systems is a woman-owned business and they are currently in the process of obtaining their WBE Certification. TWS is a Union Shop (Carpenters) and is headquartered in the Town of Windham, NH.
Juli and Ryan intend for Temporary Wall Systems to offer increased value to the construction community by helping and improving the lives of all individuals impacted by construction renovations while also providing well-paying jobs, leadership, encouragement, and growth opportunities to their employees.
The Lemire’s have three beautiful children and two adorable dogs. Juli grew up in Boston, in the Somerville and Cambridge areas while Ryan has his family roots in the Town of Litchfield, NH.
